Leasing a Vehicle in 7 Steps:
Work out what you need your vehicle for. Have you seen a make or model you like?
Go to your local dealership to test drive.
Can you sell any of your existing vehicles and lease them back?
If you own your business vehicles, do you have time and resource to maintain them yourself?
Request a quote from FleetPartners on any vehicle make or model, lease term (eg. 3 or 4 years), and the number of kilometres you expect to travel per year.
Compare vehicles to get the best fit for purpose. Align your company policy to low CO2 emissions and/or safety ratings.
Specify where you want the vehicle(s) delivered or the dealership you wish to pick up from.
We co-ordinate with the dealer and arrange a convenient time that suits you.
We continually review your account looking for cost savings and better kilometre management.
You’ll receive service reminders, plus a review of kilometre usage.
Any adjustments to your lease can be made as required.
Our Customer Service team are here to help with anything from accident management, roadside assistance, relief vehicles, FBT management, WoFs, RUCs, fuel cards, infringements, tolls and any support enquiries.
You’ll receive your consolidated monthly lease invoice together with any incidental expenses.
If you have a fuel card with us, you will receive a monthly Fuel Costs report.
Prepare your car(s) for an independent vehicle inspection for fair, wear and tear.
Make this appointment 2-3 months before lease-end.
There is a variety of end of lease options available.
With an Operating Lease, you can upgrade to a newer model, extend your current lease, have first option to buy it or simply return it at the end.
With a Finance Lease, you can buy your vehicle at the agreed amount at the end of the lease term.
