Applying for the role

We read and consider every application carefully before offering an interview. Improve your chances of securing an interview by customising your resume. We suggest that you highlight how your skills and experience relate to the specific role, and why you feel you’re the ideal candidate.

The interview

Your first contact will be with our talent acquisition specialists. If they think you’re suited to the job, and we can support you growing your car leasing career, you’ll then speak with our hiring manager. Prepare by thoroughly reading the job description and understanding our products and services. We’ll ask you about things including your skills, capabilities and experience, as well as examples of workplace wins or obstacles and how you achieved/overcame them. Be sure to ask your questions about our organisation, the team and our culture, too.

Assessment

We might need to carry out extra assessment to see if you’re suited to the role and the role suits you. If so, you’ll chat with key stakeholders to dive deeper into your skills and capabilities. 

Background checks

If you’re a successful candidate and are to join the FleetPartners team, we will carry out a series of standard background and reference checks. These include a bankruptcy, anti-money laundering and criminal history check. We are required to do this as a responsible financial services organisation.
