With a Fully Maintained Operating Lease, you control your cars and your cash. Secure a new vehicle, with no cash payment upfront. Get clear visibility of costs, with just one monthly budgeted payment covering your lease, scheduled servicing and maintenance. Plus, choose from flexible lease terms, typically 3 to 5 years. Outsource vehicle management and tedious administration to our expert team – giving you the time to focus more on your business.
How it works
- Choose the vehicle you’d like to lease. We buy it from our dealer network or manufacturer, using our national buying power.
- You choose the kilometres the vehicle needs to travel annually on the road and how long you need the vehicle for – either three, four or five years.
- Your business has exclusive use of the vehicle, paid through a simple monthly payment.
- You can choose optional add-on services to add to your lease like vehicle branding* and fuel cards.
- At the end of the lease, simply return the vehicle and lease a brand new one.

Things to know
Scheduled servicing
- We’ll send your drivers reminders in advance to keep your servicing, maintenance and kilometre readings up to date.
- Find one of our approved service agents in our Service Locator.
- When you take your vehicle for a service, remember to tell the service agent the vehicle is leased with FleetPartners. Do not pay the agent as the cost of all annual servicing is already covered in your monthly lease rate.

Repairs and maintenance
- If your vehicle requires repairs, FleetPartners will authorise and manage this on behalf of your driver.
- The cost of repairs and maintenance is included in a Fully Maintained Operating Lease, unless the repair is required as a result of damage or neglect.
Relief vehicle
- If your vehicle is off the road due to a mechanical breakdown or an accident for more than one day, you’re eligible for a temporary relief vehicle for up to 28 days if relief vehicles are included in your package.
- You and your drivers will have the convenience and peace of mind , with access to a vehicle in the event of an emergency or breakdown.
Registration and Warrant of Fitness (WoF)
- Your registration label needs to be updated every 12 months. As your lease includes automatic replacement, it’ll be ordered 35 days in advance to make sure you get it before expiry.
- An initial Warrant of Fitness (WOF) is issued for all new vehicles for the first three years. After that, you’ll need a new one every 12 months.
- We’ll send you an automated reminder 30 days prior to any WOF expiry date. You can find our WoF suppliers on our Service Locator. You do not need to pay for this as it is automatically included in your monthly lease rate.
Replacement tyres
FleetPartners will replace tyres where the allowance is included in your vehicle lease, as needed, through one of FleetPartners preferred tyre suppliers.
What is not covered by a Fully Maintained Operating Lease?
- Repairs required as the result of accident damage, vandalism, neglect or abuse
- Fuel, toll or road user charge costs
- Traffic infringements
While these services are not included in the Fully Maintained Operating Lease rental, FleetPartners manages these costs on your behalf, up to pre-defined approval limits and make this process easy by recharging the actual costs of these services at the end of each month.
What is telematics?
Telematics is a technology used to monitor a wide range of information relating to an individual vehicle or an entire fleet, typically via a specialist device installed on a vehicle. Some of the benefits of telematics are:
- increased driver safety and WHS compliance
- improved fleet operation and employee efficiency
- reduced fleet costs
What’s a Managed Maintenance Operating Lease?
All the benefits of a Fully Maintained Operating Lease, but recharged back to you with discounts. You pay a monthly payment for your lease, without vehicle servicing or maintenance costs included. The costs for servicing or any maintenance will be charged back to you on a seperate invoice the month following the work completed.
