If you’re a talented and highly driven professional, kick off your corporate career with our robust trainee program. We offer hands-on work experience and professional networks in operations, sales and customer service.
The program goes for 12 months and we bring new trainees on board every year. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of disciplines in our business. Guided by an enthusiastic mentor, you will be an integral member of our team. By immersing in a department, you will develop a comprehensive set of skills and industry experiences, to help finish your qualification and propel your career.
Be supported to gain qualifications and secure permanent employment
As a trainee, you will work with a mentor who will help you move from your tertiary studies to corporate life. You will spend 2 hours every week on progressing your online business certification and have a dedicated registered training provider to help with your study.
Once you finish your traineeship, you may be well placed to be a preferred candidate for a role with FleetPartners. Most of our trainees have successfully moved to a full-time permanent job with us. Others took their expanded skills and experience, supported by a reference, to other leading organisations.

Trainee to Fleet Services Consultant
A driven professional at the beginning of his career, Alex Yu was one of the first trainees to complete our 12-month program. Looking to build his career by gaining in-demand skills, Alex jumped on the opportunity to apply with us.
“I could see the growth potential this program offered and knew it would help prepare me for a corporate career. The program was a significant motivator for completing my certificate. I also built strong networks within the company and these were crucial to my transition to a permanent team member,” said Alex.
Throughout his traineeship, Alex was immersed in the day-to-day workings of our broad fleet services team. Given his success in completing our program ahead of schedule, Alex was offered a permanent position as a Fleet Services Consultant.
