Additional annual leave
27 days leave. Because life matters.
We give you more time to switch off and enjoy life, with:
- 5 additional days paid annual leave per year, once you’ve exhausted your statutory annual leave allowance.

Parental leave assistance
We take pride in providing support to our valued employees as they embark on the journey of welcoming new members into their families.
As a primary carer, you are entitled to 16 weeks of fully paid leave, regardless of your tenure. This leave is inclusive of all types of new family arrivals, including births, adoptions, and surrogacy. This now also includes one week of paid pre‑natal leave, offered as part of the PPL program.
We also offer 4 weeks of paid secondary carers leave within the first twelve months of welcoming a new family member. This provides flexibility for parents to share the responsibility of caring for their newborns and supporting each other through this exciting phase of their lives.
Volunteer leave
We value the importance of supporting the community in which we live and work. You are encouraged to utilise 1 day of paid volunteer leave per year.
This enables you to participate in charity or other community-based activities that you’re passionate about, so you can ‘do good’ and make a positive impact.
